Supersonic PCB Set

$32.00

This is a PCB set for building your own Supersonic preamp. This is not a beginner project, so if you’ve never built a pedal before, then this isn’t for you.

I’ve tried to make this as affordable and as easy to assemble as possible, but this is a high-voltage circuit and requires special care in assembly, testing, and use. Conspiracy to Commit Electronics is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by improper handling, assembly, or use of this circuit.

Supersonic is based on the Bogner Uberschall and includes both the clean and drive channels as well as the tube-driven FX loop. Why do you need an FX loop in a pedal? Because it’s freaking cool. It runs four 12AX7 tubes so it will take an absurd amount of power, I recommend at least 1000mA, preferably 1200mA or higher if you can get it. If you’re trying to run the pedal on less than 1000mA, it probably won’t work.

Each PCB also includes “3PDT-TB” and “3PDT-BO” footswitch PCBs and two each of “12AX7-LEFT” and “12AX7-RIGHT” PCBs for mounting the tube sockets. A pre-drilled enclosure is available for an additional cost.
